Like, WOOOW!!!! even beating ex pro guys down that thing when i see them!!beast mode. east coast skiing resorts can be pretty intense conditions wise and having spend so much time at those , I can say that learning how to Deal with ervery situations definitely. Iām a Peer Educator at Northeastern and know each of these resources well. There are multiple mental health resources to consider and the best for you is dependent on what your needs are:
UHCS is a non-confidential mental health resource where you can schedule 30-min appointments with licensed mental health counselors. These appointments are NOT meant to be routine appointments, meaning if you are looking for a routine therapist or counselor - UHCS can help connect you to one, but can not be one. Theyāre more for immediate concerns or just needing to talk to someone. They have mental health walk in hours that are for the same purpose.
[email protected] is a hotline that you can call where you will be immediately connected to a licensed mental health counselor OUTSIDE OF UHCS, meaning Find is NOT through Northeastern itās just a service available to Northeastern students. When you call, you can ask for long-term therapy options (either telehealth or in-person) or simply just talk through your concerns with the counselor on the other end. Itās a great resource if youāre looking to start therapy or are unsure what you need, but know you want help. Itās free!!

I (37f) got married two years ago. I regret it every day. My husband is extremely emotionally and mentally abusive. He hasnāt physically hurt me but he does break things and throw things when he is mad. Since weāve been married he has broken two phones, a tablet, the windshield in his car from punching it while driving, two tables, one of which he threw across the room, and more.
When he isnāt angry he is sweet and reasonable but it is taking less and less to make him blow up. The massive fights that used to happen every few months are now weekly, sometimes daily. Before I could at least figure out what I had done to set him off but now he blows up when Iām not doing anything.
He has a child that also has serious issues that hits me and kicks me, verbally abuses me and is very violent toward my dog. I donāt let the child be alone with the dog but it is a constant worry for me that something will happen when I am not home.
I have lost every job that Iāve had since Iāve been married to him due to missing work because of his childās doctors appointments or suspensions from school and also because my mental health has taken a nosedive. I canāt think like I used to, my confidence is gone. I am anxious and depressed every minute of every day and getting out of bed is a struggle. It has even caused issues with my physical health. Iāve gone from being someone that got promoted quickly at every job Iāve had to the worthless employee that gets fired and that has only added to my anxiety and depression and made it harder to do well at the next job.
I have nothing. Iām unemployed. I have no money. My husband controls the money we do have. He takes money from our bank account and uses cash. He always has money and gets what he needs but if I need anything or question where the money is going I get a lecture because it is his money and I am not contributing enough to get a say in what he does with it. He acts like getting me basic things like hygiene products or food is doing me a favor and causing him stress.
I am not the person that I was when I married him. Iām a shell of a person now. I used to be known for smiling and laughing all the time. I canāt smile anymore and I never laugh. I miss who I was and I hate that I believe all the insults he has fed me.
I have no where to go. Friends and family say I can stay with them but I canāt bring my dog. I called a womenās shelter near me. They said they can take me but I would have to give up my dog. I canāt do it. My dog has been my only comfort through all of this. She is my little protector and best friend. I donāt want to give her up but I donāt want to stay in this situation. I canāt leave her here because she isnāt safe. The thought of giving her to someone else or taking her to a shelter makes me sick. She is my baby and she is super attached to me.
I donāt know what to do. I want to have a better life but Iām tired and hurt and it is so hard not to give up. I was so happy with my life before I got married. I gave up so much to be with him and all he did was take the little bit that I had left and leave me with nothing. Any advice or encouragement is appreciated.

So I have really found the wisdom of crowds useful on here so I have a question about how you handle a situation like this
TLDR: coworker is now engaged to the women he told me he was leaving, would you say anything to him?
I have a coworker that I have know for 2 years and he has been common-law with his GF for 6ish years, he owns a little fixerupper house that he bought but her parents have contributed to as well.
Over time we have been coming closer but honestly calling us friends is to much, we a good coworkers and over the last year he has been talking about how his GF wants kids while she's still young and wants to get married soon and askes him every other day, every shopping trip, every time they visit in-laws etc.
He told me he bought the ring almost a year ago but her attitude keeps getting worse, more rude and angry. This guy is a cinnamon roll through and through and she kind of uses himself a door Mat. I have tonsay I have only ever heard his side but I see her stuff on Facebook and it lines up I think but I ont know.
So before Christmas when I was moving departments and going onto a different shift rotation he had been asking a lot of marital advice which is something lots of people come to me and my wife for and after a lot of talking he told me that he had decided to return the ring and talk to her about seperating and he didn't know how he was going to tell her. I am big on honest is the best policy everywhere and every day.
About a week after valentines they post pictures and an announcement that they are engaged, displaying the ring on her finger etc. Since then we haven't talked except in passing. He never stops by and I don't really want to be a jerk and ask him what happened. He looks defeated and scurries off after like 30sec of talking.
What would you people do? Would you bring it up? Do I wish him well? I don't understand what happened š but if he was happy I'd like him to stay that way.

I sent this request over to Bitwig support already, but I was curious if anyone else would find this useful:
While in Onset mode in the audio file vieweeditor, It would be great to have a preview hotkey to listen back to the exact onset point you are trying to adjust. Yes, I know once you get it into the drum machine or multi-sampler, it can be adjusted...which leads me to another request...
To be able to export each onset region to its own audio file/sample to be ready to be used in...
One reason for this is a plugin I use called Atlas, where it's much easier to organize, preview and sequence drum samples when you have a massive library. Bigwig's browser is nice, but nowhere near as efficient and quick as Atlas.

This is my prediction to the plot of the Super Mario brothers movie.
Please understand that this Will probably contain spoilers for the movie if my predictions turn out to be true.

Anyways, the Movie opens up with the scene from the first trailer, with bowser breaking into the penguins kingdom and stealing the star, along with capturing the penguins.
Bowser steals the power star, a powerful object that would make you almost invincible. His goal in this movie is to steal all the power stars and take over the kingdom, along with marrying peach. He asks asks āWHOāS GONNA STOP ME!ā

Then it would cut to the "commercial" with the super show theme and the hot girl and stuff. Then it shows mario and luigi going through a casual day in their lives, possibly showing them on the job messing up, and how theyāre struggling with money, and them getting bullied by their Ex boss/neighbor spike, who tells them that someday they'll be crawling back to him.
One day they are hired to investigate a mysterious pipe. anyway they find said pipe, which transports them to the mushroom kingdom. Mario tries to hold on to his brother, but despite it they are transported into different sides of the world. Then we go to luigi, he ends up in bowserās dark lands. He is chased by dry bones, and gets captured by shy guys.

Mario ends up in the mushroom kingdom Where he meets a mushroom man named toad. Mario explains to toad that he needs to find his brother, but toad sadly says that his brother was captured by bowser, but tells him that their princess can help, Then we go to the āmushroom kingdom clipā, and then mario and toad enter peachās castle.

In the castle, They see peach on her throne, Mario explains to peach her problem, and peach realizes that Mario is the chosen one! The star child said to assist the princess in defeating bowser, and bringing peace to the kingdoms.
Peach promises to help mario save his brother, but only is he helps them defeat bowser. She is interrupted by the toads telling peach about whats going on. Peach then says that BOWSER IS CUMMING but together theyāre going to beat him.
Then we cut to bowser being told my kamek about how the mustachioed human prophesied to defeat bowser and save the kingdom has entered the mushroom kingdom. Then we see luigi being brought to bowser, where he is told about a in interrogates about his brother. Anyways peach decides to train mario into a superstar for a few days, until heās ready to defend the mushroom kingdom.

Well I have 2 ideas,
1: To get all the power stars before bowser
2: To get the kongās help to defeat bowser.
Whichever it is, they get there with A TRAVEL MONTAGE!!!

Mario and co. end up in a fire flower field, where the rest for the night. Peach shows mario the fire flower, and explains the powers of power ups. She tells mario about how thereās a huge universe out there with a lot of galaxys. Maybe we could get a musical number from her too?
A mini-prediction is that while they rest bowser steals the yoshiās star too, but thatās just sorta out there.
Anyways Luigi is put in a dungeon, Where he meets the penguin king, And a luma? Luigi thinks that he has to escape, but how?
Anyways they wake up, and enter the kong kingdom in order to get their help to defend the mushroom kingdom and take down bowser, They talk to the kong and get to the castle using the kong way of transportation, Karts.

After a really dangerous kart ride they reach the castle and talk to their leader, cranky. Cranky says that they will if mario proves his honor in a battle against their greatest warrior.
As mario gets ready and enters the arena we hear a familiar tune.

Anyways dk fights mario, and when It seems like donkey is winning, But Mario sees the question block, and remembers what he learned in training about power ups. He gets the cat bell and uses it and gains the cat suit. Donkey Kong mocks him, but with the incredible power of The Nepeta Leijoin sui- I-I mean the cat suit, he is able to defeat dk and they get sick karts and use them to get back to the mushroom kingdom to and Defeat bowser once and for all! But on the way they get ambushed by a koopa troopa army.
Don't remember what this is from But I'm pretty sure it was one of the commercials. (Ass)
Mario tells them to go to the kingdom while he fights the troopas. (Also in clips on the movie toad is shown riding peachās ass to the kingdom, so I guess his kart gets destroyed?)When they get there, Peach tells the toads to evacuate while they fight bowser in one final stand. Sadly, Bowser ends up capturing peach and toad.
Anyways, Mario and Dk arrive and use Power ups like The Fire, Super mushroom and tanooki suit to go fight bowser.
During the fight, Luigi escapes, then the brothers reunite and work together to break into bowserās castle. Mario then ends up saving toad, but they canāt seem to find peach anywhere. They go to the top of the castle where peach is trapped in a cage, And bowser uses the power stars to become GIGA (Or just big.)

Itās a big fight between the gang and him, Maybe even peach breaks free from the cage and joins in too, But in the end, mario uses an axe to break the bridge that he and bowser are standing on, sacrificing himself for the good of the kingdom.
ā¦ Only for rosalina To save Mario! She thanks him for protecting the power stars, and being brave enough to fight the koopa king.

Thereās also another idea I have where bowser goes to brooklyn and they fight him there, but I donāt think that would go anywhere.
In the end, Mario and luigi end up staying in the mushroom kingdom, promising to always be there for peach, and help her protect the kingdom from bowser.
Another idea is for the credits, Mario introduces brooklyn and the rest of the world to the mushroom kingdom, and they make friends.
Also, I have 3 ideas for post credits scenes.
Wario and Waluigi are indroduced, dry bowser, and lastly, Bowser Jr.
Honestly, I donāt really think the koopling would work well for a mario movie sequel, Thereās 7 of them, which means the movie would have to focus most of itās runtime on them.
Anyway, that's my prediction for the plot of the Super Mario Bros. Movie!
So yeah that's it.
I hope my predictions come true, but who knows? Maybe the movie could be entirely different!
Anyways I can't wait to watch the movie when it comes out. 2023.03.23 21:45 Dependent-Edge-5713 Are there any mods that let you change Zombie spawn settings IN an existing game?
I'm having immersion issues with the current spawn system. Given migration isn't really a thing and zombies continually spawn in the same cells, I keep having to reclear the same areas over and over... Areas that I was JUST in not too long ago. Like, a certain cornering road in the middle of nowhere or a small neighborhood of 6 houses faaaar from any major towns. It also makes clearing major towns impossible to truly clear for any amount of time.
I like the idea of being able to mark areas safe. But turning off respawn isn't an option because it simulates migration as best as the current build can offer. Even if it's the same amount of zombies in the same areas over and over. I've tended towards boosting the respawn to about 300 hours AND the amount of time zombies respawn after viewing a cell to the same amount of time.
But I like roleplay... What about after the knox event spreads worldwide? Obviously zombies will migrate from outside knox county... and sometimes hordes would show up after an area has been clear and safe for quite a while. So I'd like to periodically edit the zombie spawn settings in game to simulate hordes moving in and also periodically kill respawn to ensure areas I clear stay clear. Currently zombie spawn settings as far as I know can only be changed by creating a new game so that won't work... So:
Is there any mods in existence that lets you actively tweak zombie spawn settings in an existing game? It would make things soooo much better RP wise, until a more dynamic spawn/migration system is implemented.

How can people who are the owner of their accounts get locked out and my account who is used by someone else isn't closed already.
I move around so I don't enable 2FA if I can avoid it. I changed countries and left one Amazon account open. Credit cards were closed (I assume the closure requests were properly handled at the time, I haven't received any bills via email so hoping for the best there). A few years passed, I haven't used the account. I saw a login attempt a few months ago, called Amazon and was told the account is inactive and I shouldn't worry about it. But a few weeks later someone was making purchases from the "inactive" account. Since then I have made numerous phone calls with no solution.
Someone gained access to the account because they have access to my old phone number. I didn't enable 2FA, I have access to the email account so I should have been able to access it without any trouble. But no, phone number login is enabled by default, creatures in Amazon have a secret level of authentication that sends in a code to the phone number in the account. No brainer how they could login to the account with no trouble while the sole owner cannot. How enabling a secret 2FA without the consent of the user is considered a secure method?
I am provided wrong information by many of these so called customer representatives. They lie by saying that they created a request for account closure, provide false information and ask for verification on an account that is stolen. "What's the delivery address? " Hello the account is stolen, is there any cells in your brain that works?
I don't know how they haven't changed the email address yet. Maybe if they are reading this post they will now go ahead and do that too. I received a photo confirmation of a delivery, walked the streets on Google map and found the address they keep asking me about. I explain them how I could find the address, you know since the account was stolen how could I know it. Doesn't seem to convince anyone, they even asked me if this is my partner using the account. Maybe I have given them access and forgot about it. Seriously!!!
I'm not satisfied with their answer, Oh we will just put the account on hold. The inactive account statement was bullshit, why this should be true? They even offered me to surrender the account and create a new one. WTF?! WTF?
This is beyond ridiculous. Anyone has taken a legal action? All I want my data to be removed and account to be closed. I was set on charging them for providing false information but if the account is gone and I'm no longer associated with absolutely any Amazon products whatsoever, it would be enough.
