Cambodian Prime Minister Hun Sen renewed his threat to seize properties belonging to opposition Candlelight Party members and others who accuse him and the ruling party of stealing last year's local elections.
"What do you think? I want to ask you. There are two choices, one is using the law, the other is using a stick [violence]. Which one do you take?" Hun Sen said during the speech.
Kong Koam's son, Kong Monika, a senior official of the Candlelight Party, said that Hun Sen's remarks threatening his father are meant to instill fear among the opposition.
Hun Sen has repeatedly dodged questions about whether he is setting up his son to succeed him as prime minister, but many in Cambodia fear that Hun Manet will take office after his father is no longer in office.
Courts used by Hun Sen. Cambodia's court system has long been dominated by Hun Sen loyalists, and the prime.

Harry Artin Berberian isn't a name many Stern fans know, but you've probably heard his work.
Harry's name would first be introduced to Stern internet fans in April of 1997. Superfan Kevin Renzulli, owner of KOAM.com, linked to an exposé by a Chicago based website.
The article, titled Phony Business, was a deep look into the world of fake callers in radio. Specifically, the story targeted Chicago's own Mancow Muller. During the time of the red hot Mancow/Stern feud, the article was fuel for the fans of team Howard.
Mancow had been using paid actors to place calls into the show through an independent third party. The ring leader was Harry, a former student of Second City Chicago. Harry had been using friends and fellow theater classmates to call into the Mancow Show with stories more ridiculous than the last. Actors like Paul Vato, a Second City Chicago alum, lists Harry, Mancow and the Stern Show on his résumé.
Inundated with requests, Harry had resorted to using just about anyone who hadn't already been on air. A Chicago writer was able to get into contact with Harry and it wasn't long before he got his assignment.

He [Harry] asked me to play Jim Breen, a man who as a child had been repeatedly sodomized by his father with a corn dog. Despite the seemingly absurd nature of the call, Berberian urged me to act with complete sincerity. "Be completely serious: This is not to be a joke," he said. "Focus on the corn dogs, make it as controversial as possible and keep it real. Keep it real.

While some would assume the unflattering article would be the end of Harry's game, it wasn't.
In 1999, Harry got in contact with the Stern Show. In a 2006 interview with the Corey and Joel Radio Show, Harry reveals he first dealt with show Producer KC Armstrong. One of his initial calls involved a revelation from "Bob" about a sexual act performed on his wife prior to her passing.

Howard: I Hope you wont mind when I say you had a relationship with your wife's trach hole...

But the new Stern Show gig would almost come crashing down as soon as it started. In a call that's been replayed many times throughout the years, Harry calls in as Peter, the "Angel of Death," in 2000.

Howard: You claim that you poison peoples pets in the neighborhood... Then what you do is you console the pet owners about their loss.

Harry had ran out of actors for this particular call, so he took on the role himself. Unfortunately for him, a string of cat murders had put him in the crosshairs of California law enforcement. "Officials have said they suspected Harry Artin Berberian’s call to the show June 22 may have been connected to as many as 25 cat mutilations in the city," read the LA Times. The story was also featured on CBS TV affiliate KCAL9 in Los Angeles. Harry confessed that he was paid $200 for the call and was worried the attention would put an end to his relationship with the show. “I may have lost my job with Stern because of all the bad press,” Harry said.
Yet again, another negative article did little to stop his momentum. Other than a bit of chatter throughout the Stern newsgroups, New York media would remain silent on the story. In fact, Harry would put together his most polarizing bit just two months later.
Harry recruited theater actor Craig Calman to play the role of "Anthony Zipper."

Howard: You and your wife were happily married. Your daughter died, it was a big trauma, and you decided you loved her so much that you wanted to have her stuffed...

• [AUDIO] August 15, 2000: Anthony takes his dead 14 year old daughter to a taxidermy to have her stuffed.

Anthony's appearance had the newsgroup fans divided. "This is even more transparently fake than the cat killer. Big waste of time," said one user. For their Halloween show, Anthony was invited to the studio to reveal his daughter "Claristra." He arrived to the building wheeling a bulging suitcase. Claristra was unfolded and put into a wheelchair, then covered in what was described by Jackie as a cheese cloth.

Howard: Lest anyone think this is some sort of scam we're playing on you. We really don't know what's about to come in here.

The television episode would air on the E! Network on November 27, 2000 to mixed reviews. Fans either loved the ridiculousness of it or felt as if Stern was insulting their intelligence.
"That actor got so into the character that he tried to get back on the Stern Show," recalled Harry. And he did. Howard would play a voicemail left by Anthony the following year where he suggested stuffing Hank the Angry Drunken Dwarf. Two hours later, the first plane would hit the World Trade Center.

Harry has discussed in multiple interviews how 9/11 was a turning point in his business. "After September 11th, a lot of stuff changed. So basically I'm making 50 cents a year," he joked on the Corey and Joel Radio Show. Demand for his services dwindled from that point forward due to the everchanging mood across the country.
His relationship with the Stern Show would continue well into Howard's move to satellite. That is until a set of rival DJ's put brought the telephone scam to the forefront in 2007.

Opie: Can I tell you another trend in radio that is very disturbing? We haven't done it and we will not do it... There's a service where you can get people to call your radio show to kind of like get the phones going and talk about really outrageous shit...

Looking to expand his clientele, Harry had built a website to attract new customers. On it, he lists the Stern Show as a client along with a short list of some of his most recent calls. On Air, Opie would read directly from electriceelman.com.

Opie: 'Do you want your phones to ring off the hook? Then use Electric Eel Entertainment's radio and TV guests tailored to your unique radio or television show....'
'We have been booking special guests and characters for the last twelve years and include such major show personalities as Howard Stern...'

Harry went to RadioGunk to discuss how he ended up being outed by Opie and Anthony along with the fallout that came afterwards.

Harry: I was like, 'Let me go after Opie and Anthony because they kind of fit the demographics of Howard Stern in a way. Let me see if they'll like my guests.' I approached them and they were interested and they kind of tricked me...
I had created a website at the time, electriceelman.com, and then I had listed the type of characters I did. What happened was I got exposed by Opie and Anthony. Gary [Dell'Abate] called me up and said, 'Harry, can you please take down this website,' and I did.

Sure enough, all references to Howard stern were removed from the Electric Eel website immediately following the Opie and Anthony debacle.
Harry also revealed that, not long after, he was on the outs with the Stern Show for good.

Monique: How soon after that were you no longer invited to the Stern Show?
Harry: Maybe about two or three months later.

While Harry's time with the show had ended, he still had connections to the Stern universe. In 2010, Bubba the Love Sponge would film a television pilot for WGN. Bubba Producer, Brent Hatley, would call into the Stern Show to discuss the filming:

Brent: Imagine taking Jerry Springer out of the Jerry Springer Show and putting Bubba in there... He runs up on the stage, he's combative with the guests, he's combative with people in the audience, he snatches the mic from people if they ask a stupid question... He's got the same exact crew from The Jerry Springer Show...

Harry was a Story EditoCasting Researcher for these pilots. Much like his time on Stern, he helped cast, coordinate, and coach talent while creating storylines for the show. At one time, he also provided guests for Springer's show and even made an appearance as "Blarney," Barney's evil twin.
Below is a collection I've compiled of confirmed phone calls performed by Harry and his crew. In searching for these calls, a time stamp from marksfriggin.com wasn't even all that necessary. Almost all calls were scheduled within the same exact time during the show. In the case of Sirius, almost every single call was scheduled directly after a Howard100 news morning update.
Harry never kept track of his work except for the short list once available on his website. He claims he was producing anywhere up to two calls a month for the Stern Show.
